I believe the video is supposed to symbolize the difference between happiness and sadness. Whenever the background is grey, and she looks old..I believe that's supposed to mean that she feels very bad, and that the world is crashing down on her. And that as she sings, shes begins to feel better about it, she feels alive, and the harsh feelings are lifted off of her shoulders. And the wings could symbolize her being free of the stress and depression. That's just how I think of it, though. :/
