Hi Justin, first: Thanks a lot for your lessons. I check out quite a lot of resources on the web, but I always come back to your place in the end. It's fantastic!! Now a question: Where to put the thumb in chords? Many recommend to place the thumb in the fretboard-middle, especially in scale picking. Now, I see you put your thumb high above the neck in chords, which helps for muting the 6th, but disables me of using my pinkie in an E7, for example. Is there a 'rule of thumb' placement? Thx!
