No, Narcissa is being played by Helen McCrory. Naomi Watts isn't evil looking enough to be Narcissa nor is Nicole Kidman. I think the one woman from the three musketeers (The Ice Princess or Queen whatev) should play Narcissa. :)

Helen MCcroy was originally supossed to play Belletrix Lestrange but, she got pregnant. So...they got Helena Bonham Carter to play Bella. And now that Helen has had her baby she will play Narcissa Malfoy.
