theirs still cartoons because they are creative unlike this stupid cgi bullshit. cartoons and stop-motion animation is talent. cgi movies are just mesurments, scales, and celeberty voice-overs

it takes just as long for cgi as conventional... sometimes longer. I have done both and find stop motion much easier and faster to produce overall. Creative is creative... the computer is no easier to use than anything else. I has different possibilities. try making something yourself and see how easy it is! both are very hard to master

WOW!!! You guys REALLY need to learn whats up before you Criticize harshly!!! I've done CGI myself, nowhere near this guy's talent, but i know how hard it can be. Just making the Characters/Models, takes a long time, lighting, Texturing... Animating... RENDERING!!! even on a fast machine and with some rendering cheating going on. it will still take you a LONG time to render something. With anything else, it has its Ups and Downs. But it sure isn't CGI BULL! and it still takes Artistic talent!

If you look at early stop motion works, you will see one with several real men standing and sitting in slightly different positions for hours while animators moved a tiny clay character(the name was tom thumb or soemthing). That is crazy. The idea is creative, the difference on CG is you don't hav e to do crazy things to live out your creative idea.
