Ok, Ok the move of the arms it is complex, but not amazing, the guy (Anthony) don't move the hip almost nothing, and the legs akward !... dance salsa not only cover the arms check the video "anyone can dance salsa"

there is obviously a difference in the move when you actually dance it. after your sneak-in both of her hands are on your right side, but when you teach us they should be on both shoulders. so what exactly is right?

This is my prblem with alot of salsa teachers. They can do it but they don't really understand how they're doing it. Example he teaches the intro in slo-mo different than he does the actual move? WTF

Dancing the move at 19 seconds you have both hands on your right shoulder, but when you break it down you have one hand on either shoulder. I'm sorry if I sounded overly critical, I like watching instructional videos and I like this move but unless I can slo-mo the actual move I won't get it here...

it's just really fast... he didn't extend the crosshands grip all the way across to each shoulder, that's all. You don't HAVE to have the hands on each shoulder, especiallly if you have a fast song. If you turn the girl and then do a guys' left half turn, most times your hands will naturally end up over your right shoulder, Look at 3:00-3:11 it may help explain a bit.
