obviously not something where you can no spin.. no matter how safe a rug sounds do not go on a rug that stuff makes you lose hair and it gives you like head burn .. i suggest hardwood .. or a smooth surface at like a gym or something ..

haha im learning how to do headspins and like i did 1 spin and i wanted to do more but i couldnt catch myself or when i do i always fall agian but now im always doing 1 spin but sometimes if i go slow enough i can get the momentum and time to go into a baby freeze which i could do but only "sometimes"

you can TRY gymnastic mats (obviously the smaller ones lol) but thats dangerous cause you can dislocate your collar bone. i dont recomend it but its somethin i see other people do and they havent gettin hurt yet lol.

orangefanta... what i use is my schools cafeteria... its just smooth hard floor.. dont use carpet, or like cement.[obviously] i also use foam mats when im at home. hope i helped. =]
