In Malayalam, "bodhi" means brains, intelligect, etc. This is a common term for most languages in India. Dharma... I am not sure there is a Malayalam term for that, but in North India, dharma is duty. Bodhidharma would mean "Intelligence, duty" in most parts of India. Still think the Bodhidharma
