Sorry, but the people in this movie look creepy. If it had come out a few years later, it would look fine. Right now, it stands as a great example of the uncanny valley, not a good Christmas movie.

I dont get the begining and the ending of the movie.....Tom Hanks (the train guy) starts saying that hes the boy....but at the same time his adult form is on the train.WTF someone explain..I know this because at the end he says at a time sarah didnt beleive in santa and sarah is the boys sister (: help and expain

tom hanks is the voice for mulitple characters. just because he is the voice of the multiple characters does not mean that those multiple characters are all the same person.
he is also santa, but the little boy is not santa, it is just the same voice.
