whitney houston and janet jackson are the two who started pop music's decline. i always hated whiteny houston for what she is even though she did have a few decent adult contemporary song but she was way overated simply because she was black. paula abdul is friggin gross and she was promoted because she was a black/jew crossbreed, pebbles was a white-looking swine slut too. black women weren't bad singers until the people i mentioned got promoted and influenced others.
