hey! great stuff thx! but how can I do the Interval Training at home? I dont have the time to go out and run and then come back in and so on. And there is way to much snow outside to run normally^^ It doesnt work.. What would you recommend?

im nearly 14 and i do all 15 power cleans etc, jumping jacks and ski steps are just divided so basicall 75, rest 10 sec, 75 again. Simple, I dont know why u 13s dont wana try hard, no pain no gain....

You know what you should do!Stop eating!I dont know if this works but you should stop eating burgers chips sweets and crap like that!You should run or if you dont have time you can do jumprope or that ^^^^!It looks prety intence so it should give results!
