élécoms Sans Frontières (TSF) reports from Mozambique, where heavy flooding along the Zambeze River has displaced thousands from their homes. With support from the UNF-VGF partnership, TSF set up emergency communications centers for humanitarian groups responding to the emergency and set up "huma
nitarian calling operations" enabling those affected by the flooding to place a 3-minute phone call to a loved one.
