sharqy, with gentle exercise over time, with patience and work, the sport makes everyone good!! i was a fatty teen :) and at 15 or 16 i took it into my hands and started gymnastics at home, exercises for stomach, legs, behind. at first 20 min, then an hour. over a few weeks my family noticed results within a few months i had a good shape. within a year i was in GREAT shape :) and still am at 27 thanks to exercise :))) just go for it , but dont overdo and hurt yourself.. wish you the best
