I personally do not use that word. But, she cheated on Justin, and she made the video "Oops, I did it again" I played with ur heart... The point is she has fun cheating on others, but then she does not like to be cheated on, hence the song "Womanizer". I think that answers y'all questions. Though I don't love her personality, I love her songs.

My input on this, is that she is growing up. And her songs show that. The reason Oops was so popular is because all her songs before that, were songs crying for her baby back, like "baby one more time" for example.
