a rush of blood to head is my personal favorite, but viva la vida is a very good album.

definitely, their songwriting abitity is, as you said, pure brilliance and quite genuis. a rush of blood to the head is a great track, but viva la vida definitely isn't far behind at all.

not only that, but they are one of the best live acts i have ever seen. chris martin's vocals were a very close resemblance to what he sounds like recorded on their albums, and his energy and charisma was fantastic. i would watch them again in a heartbeat.

i actually think that's an understatement. everyone was out of their seats and singing along, watching him dance around the stage. it was great.
but there were a few iffy parts of the night. the concert was said to start at 7:30, but coldplay didn't actually come on until after 9:30. there were two opening acts, which weren't horrible, but you could tell that everyone just wanted their coldplay. it also seemed to go by very quickly. of cou

that must have been amazing...hearing everyone singing along with martin sounds breathtaking.
a two hour delay doesn't sound so plesent. haha...definitely, just forget the opening acts...everyone came, of course, to see coldplay. haha, it is understood that it seemed to go by quickly, an amazing night at a concert always does.

I agree- I felt the show went by sooo fast! I was so bummed when it was over (and they didn't get to sing "Talk"- other than the music/dance version before the encore). But II counted at least 9 new songs from Viva La Vida and 9 older ones- so they really had a full set list! Hope they come back here!
