with ducky it's hard to tell, because his windmills themselves are really high. halos are kind of like windmills using your head as the pivot point.

The reason alot of people get confused between halos and windmills is because usually people do windmills into halos. AND PEOPLE REMEMBER' A KEY POINT TO GETTING THESE THINGS IS PUSHING WITH YOUR STABBED ARM onto a partial headhollow, the rotation of your legs brings u back down, and u use your other hand to guide you back to the stab

i agree, thats important, plus some of the reasons why people dont get them is because they arent doing an icey ice, without the icey ice its just gonna use a lot of pushing your stabbed arm in able to reach the other side, icey ice creates spinning force thus making it easier to get rotations
