Georgia has admitted to using cluster bombs. The bombs found by human rights watch is m85 munition which is western made. No evidence of russian made cluster bombs have been found.

Georgia did state that they used cluster bomb as a last ditch effort to stop the impending and excessive Russian offensive ONLY near the Roki tunnel, which connects Russia to Georgia. It was not used against civilian targets, but was used against Russian ground forces.
In that same report you so eagerly cite, it VERY explicitly states that RUSSIANS have used the cluster bombs, like the ones in the above video exclusevly against civilians targets in Georgia.

The evidence has turned out to be western tube launched weapons containing western m85 munitions. THEN georgia admitted to using cluster bombs. This was originally supposed to be russian bombs. Human rights watch does say they have evidence of russian cluster bombs but have yet to produce anything other than what they have already been wrong about. The above video is not evidence of cluster bombs. Dont you think they'd be able to produce some russian cluster bombs by now if they were used?

If you goto human rights watch website you will see a picture of what is being identified as a russian RBK-250 cluster bomb. The problem is human rights watch already knows that the bomb in the picture is not a russian bomb dropped by aircraft but a tube launched weapon of israeli design using western made m85 munition.

I dont have faith in any organization. They have to produce the evidence. So far they have only shown evidence of western made cluster bombs. And the picture on their web page they claim to be standing over a russian rbk250 bomb which it obviously is not.. So human rights watch has falsely used western cluster bombs as evidence against russia and havent bothered to show anything aside from that despite their claim.

If human rights watch has the evidence now all they have to do is show it. The evidence they've collected so far has forced georgia to admit to using cluster bombs after claiming they didnt. You would think human rights watch would be wanting to show the evidence of russian cluster bombs as quickly as possible so they can clean up all the affected areas.

Rusian logic alert!!! Human Rights Watch is right when they say Georgia used cluster bombs, but wrong when they say that Russia used them in Gori. They are selectively right and wrong, but only Russians should tell us when they are right and when they are wrong. Hmm, will Russia ever change?

nepssis, that's an allegation that has not been confirmed. But even if NATO did use cluster bombs, which I really doubt they would have, provided they have top-notch precision weapons, does this mean Russia is allowed to use it against its neighbours? And if so, why should than Pakistan not use it against India, why than China shouldn't use it againt Taiwan. The 'so what' and 'whatever' logic in matters of international politics is a very dangarous approach.

I filmed this two weeks after the Russian army left Gori and DAH of course there are no scared people and damaged cars after two weeks :))) If you paid more attention, you would have noticed that this video is a response to another video, which in fact was filmed right after the cluster bomb exploded.
