lol, im 13 and I just watched my dad use a grill, now I can make some pretty good stuff on it, 1 question though, in your videos I see you put the briquettes to the side, and I kind of put mine in the middle, Is it better to put them on the side??? Thanks.

hey zulonz, doin' it your way is fine. But, if you're using one of those ufo type grills with the dome top, like our weber, there's so much air convection goin' on it really doesn't make a dif if you center 'em or put 'em one one side! -BBQ Pit Boys

I also have a queston abaut that.
I have the same Weber like you (Pit Boys).
But if i do it indirect i also use this alloy cup with water. Is this necessary??

hey firekiowa112, we keep the jalapeno barbecue sauce in a covered glass jar and ice cold in the refrigerator for a month or two without any problem. Because of the vinegar and the salt this sauce has a long shelf life -BBQ Pit Boys
