jantinator, your thinking of Nixon , not Bush. Nixon was not a bad president, just paranoid and evil. He was VERY competent as an executive, he just failed as a human being, so we hate him for it, but historians seem to like him a bit now. Bush failed as both a human being AND an executive. Which is totally unforgivable. Bush is NOT the worse president, hes the 2nd worst. Hoover is the worst, no one has ever been able to top the shit storm he created, Bush never really even came close.

Technically, aside from your reasons, part of the reason why they blew up the towers on 9-11 was because of 1991, when we went in to stop Iraqi. We pulled out when they needed us the most, so the Iraqi government was angry. But get this! Bush isn't the dumbest president, his DAD is! He could have KILLED Sadam Hussen when he had the chance a decade ago! But he let him LIVE!!
