Althought nowadays the agreement among physical therapist and trainers is that there's no wrong exercise just the intensity and the way it is perform to the extend that it causes no pain or damage is OK.This been said I kinda agree with you and what are her credentials?Does she have a college degree or MD in physiology,plyometrics,kinesiology,body mechanics?In other words what makes her such and expert,she just when into the streech no warm up or pre-streech conditioning...Expert?
