Classic Game Room Re-Making of OMEGA BOOST lost review

Uploaded by: InecomCompany
Video Description:
The Classic Game Room lost a review episode into the sea of tapes from the old Inecom Entertainment archives, and with it the timeless review of the space shooter OMEGA BOOST. Game Room recorded the episode in February of 2000 and CGR-HD remastered it in April of 2008 with the master studio footage and new video game footage. This episode will also teach you how to edit, post videos on YouTube in HD with superior quality video and audio, mix, author, use Betacam SP tape decks, Canon XH A1 (XHA1), Adobe Premiere Pro with Matrox Axio LE, Premier, Photoshop and video editing software. Booya!
Omega Boost was created by Polyphony Digital, the same people who brought you the Gran Turismo series. You fly around as an awesome robot and destroy wave after wave of science fiction movie style enemies. Dave thought the game was like Robotech mixed with Panzer Dragoon, Mark thinks it has a grea
t subwoofer friendly sountrack with machine gun sounds and music from Static-X. Do you like Robotech, Star Wars, Panzer Dragoon Zwei, Battle of the Planets, Voltron, Tranzor Z, Silverhawks or any other awesome 80's cartoon robots? Did you play Project Sypheed on the Xbox 360? If so you'll love Omega
Boost. Classic Game Room reviewed Atari, NES, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast and Playstation... too bad they didn't get to Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 or Wii. Now Classic Game Room HD is covering the new systems. GT5 GT 5 Prologue. Classic Game Room is on DVD.

What an AWESOME episode. I personally LOVE all the behind the scenes stuff, loved it on the DVD as well. As just a fan I never realized all the work that was actually done just to make and put up an episode. Especially one like Omega Boost where you pretty much had to redo the whole thing. Very cool stuff none the less. I loved the show 8 years ago and love seeing the episodes again now as well as the HD series. Keep em coming Mark we'll be watching and a huge thank you for all you've done! :)

I love this stuff. I wish I had a setup of two big LCD monitors and a giant HDTV in the back, but one widescreen monitor is all I can have. :( The Game Room will always be my one and only inspiration!

Maybe a dumb question but I have to ask and meant to before. What's the deal with the colorful keyboard? Special for video editing or something? And I also wanna add the Yuengling mouse pad ROCKS! I would expect nothing less from the Game Room, if it didn't involve gaming or beer it doesn't matter! :)

Wonderful video, I was wondering how it was all done, thank you very much for all of the effort you guys put in for these videos, and the work that, unfortunately, you're continuing by yourself Mark. I'm sure others would agree with me, but I greatly appreciate it. I always stop by Youtube to watch at least one video a day. It's one of my favorite parts of the day. Keep it up Mark, and tell Dave we all say hello.
