well looks like you need to get over Paula. Paula didn't train Janet to dance she choreograped moves for one album and that was "Control". Janet has been dancing before "Control". You should check out Janet's history and you'll know she's been dancing way before Paula was even introduced to her

Um... we been seeing n hearing Janet for so many years and now all of a sudden Paula Abdul name is coming up.. Yes we all know Paula were Janet's teacher @ 1st... for 1 album, but after that Janet took what she learn from Paula to something much bigger. Plus Paula moves are just boring especially when she does it. She could have done better with that Dance like Tomorrow w.e is called too.

Everyone is missing the point here: 1. This video was done in ONE SHOT, no breaks, no editing, and THAT is incredibly hard & expensive to do cause you have to get it right in ONE TAKE. 2. Paula Abdul hasn't done choreography in YEARS, she can't anymore due to injuries, hence her lack of dance moves and flexibility. 3. Janet works with the best choreographers in the biz, and like her brother Michael, makes up her moves too. Janet at 42yr old looks and dances better than most teenagers! Go Janet!!

As much as I love Janet I'm not sure if this is actually a one-take. I've heard that it was skillfully meshed to look like one take. If it actually is, she should take a bow. Amazing. The only other video off the top of my head that was shot all at once was Feist's "1234."
