wrong, the government played an indirect role in the katrina disaster. for years they failed to maintain the country's infrastructure, which unfortunately included the levees that protect parts of New Orleans. had the bush administration provided more money to maintain the country's infrastructure, this disaster could have been avoided. as well as the Minneapolis bridge collapse
