Yo, im farely new at this stuff and i really think it would be great to be able to do all those flips and jumps and it would be really greatly apreciated if you could just make some tutorials on how to do some tricks and some tips. And also can you tell me how you got over your fear of flipping?

Good tricks, decent video but I'm sorry I don't count it as free running. What you did, you did cleanly. But it seemed like just a video of tricks more than anything else.

Free running IS tricks. Your are confusing it with Parkour which is more running and clearing obstacles. Free running is more dealing with tricks and style.

We were only in Arizona for a few months. We are from Idaho but He is currently serving an LDS mission in Brazil and i am about to leave on mine to Lithuanea in November. So we wont get back into Free running for two years. We are both self taught, no gym or anything just the tramp and then going for it on the ground. If i can say anything i would say get comfortable inverted on a tramp then just go for it :) and yes we are aware we just did tricks thanks for the update
