| mainly because with high end guitars with well made tremolo's, they dont tend to go out of tune when you use them. I have a John Mayer strat and no matter how much i use the whammy it still stays in tune, and ive played a Jeff Beck strat and it doesnt go out of tune when u use the whammy either.. |

| With the exception (and all due respect to Clapton) that Clapton is nowhere near the guitarist that Beck is. I love Cream but Jeff Beck has continued to get better with age while Clapton is playing the same old thing. |

| I agree. Clapton is like a fine wine getting better with age but staying relatively the same. Beck is more like blotter acid, where you never know what you're going to bet but you know it's going to be intense. And in the end, your mind will never be the same. Beck is amazing. |
